Abuses of Procedural Rights in the Court Investigation

The article is devoted to the questions of abuses in the sphere of criminal process, guaranteed by the International law, Constitution of the Russian Federation and Criminal Procedural Code of the Russian Federation. The usage of court practice permitted to discover forms of the abuses of law in court procedure on criminal cases which violate the correlation of interests of fair justice and person protection to one part of court procedure.
