Theoretical Points in the Development of the Special Whole-Structured Forensic Methodology in Investigating Fraud Crimes Executed in the Sphere of Consumer Crediting

This article is devoted to theoretical questions in the development of the special whole-structured forensic methodology in investigating fraud crimes in the sphere of consumer crediting. According to the author the criminological methodology of investigation of fraudulent practices committed in the sphere of consumer crediting consists of 3 subsystems.

Key words: crime investigation, frauds committed in the field of consumer credit; typical criminological characteristic of the swindles committed in the sphere of consumer credit; typical criminological characteristic of the preliminary consequence of the swindles committed in the sphere of forensic investigation; criminological characteristic of the judicial trial.
