Concept and Classification of Situations in Judicial Proceeding on Murder Cases Considered by the Jury

The article is devoted to the problem of concept discovery of judicial situation on murder cases considered by the jury, factors, influencing on its formation, classification of judicial situations on different bases. The author substantiates practical importance of singling out judicial situations for making efficient tactics to support official prosecution on murder cases. Criminalistics scientists# points of view on this problem are analyzed.
