The article proves an idea that the conformities studied by criminalistics are not only in the sphere of pre-judicial stages of the criminal legal proceedings, but also in the sphere of judicial ones. The authors give recommendations to public prosecutors and lawyers how to solve some problematic situations emerging during the judicial trial in the judicial trial on corruption offences committed by members of the Internal Affairs Department.
