Comparative Characteristic of Stages of the Formation and Development of Jury in Russia

This article considers the peculiarities of jury introduction in Russia. The author came to the conclusion that during court system reform of 1864 and contemporary court system reform jury has been gradually extended over the Russia, i.e. it has been introduced stage by stage.
