This article presents the results of regional labor market research. It describes the main problems and factors of foundation of demand and supply of labor force, and forecasts the development of the labor market up to the 2020 year. Particular attention is paid to investigation and prediction of labor market connected with the influence of the natural movement and migration of population, dynamics of basic assets and investments to the fixed capital. The authors elaborated the suggestion to improve the employment policy in region.
