The article deals with the possibility to form a system of material non-monetary incentives for staff of commercial bank based on social benefits package. The author presents the results of sociological research concerning attitude of employees to the current incentive systems in banks, selects the most important social benefits for the banking staff. The mechanism to form a social package which will takes into account the needs and interests of employees was developed. Advantages of its use in the incentive system were revealed.
