The question of simulating amorphous aluminium by the method of molecular dynamics is considered from the position of dynamic systems theory. It is shown, that for molecular-dynamics systems is typical the instability by Lyapunov and structural instability by Pontryagin. In this connection the concrete atomic structure of amorphous aluminium is a priory unpredictable and non-reproducible.
