Two new mechanisms to attract investments and to indemnify trading mediator’s expenses on actions for risk level decrease in corporate vertical marketing systems by the manufacturer are considered. In the first mechanism an indemnification of mediator’s expenses is carried out by the manufacturer only owing to reducing price on the goods. In the second mechanism an indemnification can be carried out by the manufacturer at the expense of sale’s volume increase. The comparative analysis of mechanisms is carried out.
