The Transfer Prices in a System of the Vertical Interaction in the Cluster

The article proves a horticulture sustainable development on a basis of the cluster approach. The analysis of vertical interaction was carried out and mechanism of the accounting transfer prices in cluster structure was designed. The cluster of horticulture was presented as hierarchical system with three businesses-units having consequent structure of the relationship and one coordinating institution. The principles and conditions of the system effect on the whole cluster chain were determined.
