Technologies of Regional Authorities Image Formation in the Internet (Based on the Example of Elucidating Regional Cooperation between the Altai Territory and French Region Franche-Comte)

In the article the author examines forms and peculiarity of image formation technologies by the use of Internet, studies the role of Internet technologies in the process of regional authorities' imagery on the example of regional cooperation between the Altai Territory and French region Franche-Comte.
