Personnel Policy of the Soviet State in Health Service in 1930s (Khakassia as an Example)

The purpose of the article is analysis of activity of soviet and party bodies in health service in 1930s, in particular in Khakassia. The author shows the concrete forms and methods of medical personnel training, activity of local power bodies in this process and in improving living and labor conditions of medical staff.
