Kuzbass Rural Intelligentsia on the Modern Stage

The article is devoted to researching problems of Kuzbass rural intelligentsia. The materials are evidence of losing its previous prestige, position and status. The author shows the prolonged character of the problem and reviews its causes. In order to get out of the situation the author offers the practical experience of the work.
