Library Network in Western Siberia during the Second Half of the 1920-1940s

This article discusses the problems of development of library network in the West Siberian region in the pre-war period and during the Great Patriotic war. The author analyzes the quantitative changes in its material and technical component, identifies and characterizes the forms and methods of library practices in war time, the specifics of working with different types of readers.
