"Kozak Memorandum" in the History of the Transdniestrian Settlement

The article is devoted to one of the most known and meaningful moments in the history of solving of the "frozen conflict" in Moldova. The author concludes that the story with the "Kozak Memorandum" could be seen as a result of colliding of the European, American and Russian geopolitical discourses which created the ground for the open political conflict among external actors of the Transdnistrian settlement.
