The Formation of Skilled Workers in the Building Companies on the Far East (Middle 1950-1980s)

On the basis of diversity data the author analyses the practice of formation of skilled personnel in the building companies on the Far East. This kind of research allows us to determine the role of vocational training schools in stuffing skilled personnel in the building companies.
