Competitiveness of the Altai Region as a Constituent Part of Russian Regional Policy

Non-efficient regional policy in Russia causes regional disproportions due to social, economic and demographical situation in different federal districts and subjects of federation. During economic crisis this issue has become one of the most important problems.
