Social-professional Character of the Altai Territory Party-Administrative Elite in 1940-1945

The paper considers the basic selection criteria to be a member of the nomenclature: quantity, sexual and age structure, social origin, educational level, nationality, length of Party membership. The main attention is paid to study on cited above characteristics of the Altai Party leaders at territorial, city and regional levels.
