This accomplished research is of a great value owing to its comprehensive analysis of the executive authority's Internet-recourses and electronic media under control for investigating image of the Altai Territory executive power. The author offers some image making versions which can be applied by regional authorities in the Internet. The author draws conclusions how political Internet influences on image of regional authorities.
