Russian-Turkish Relations in 1950s aсcording to Materials of Democratic Weekly Magazine "Akis"

Anti-Communism and anti-Sovietism are fundamental principles of Democratic party's foreign policy in the fifties. The aim of this foreign policy is remained till now. The democratic magazine "Akis" first of all began to publish materials, which were reflecting objectively the conditions of Russian-Turkish relations.
Key words: Russian-Turkish relations, threat from the North, cold war, arms drive, the West, bloc, anti-Communism, continuty of policy.
