The Institution of Excise Supervisors in a Period of Free Spirit's Circulation in Russia (on Materials of the Kursk Region State Archive)

In this work the author has made attempt to fill gaps in the historiography in investigation of unexplored establishment of period of spirit's excises - the institution of excise supervisors. The work demonstrates wide sphere of supervisor's duties from oversight on alcohol production to supervision on spirit's trade. There is shown the contradictoriness in position of persons, representing state interests but didn't protected by law.
