Research of Stability of Manganese Doped Diamond-like Nanostructures A³B⁵, A²B⁴C⁵₂ by a Method of Computer Modeling

Self-organization of nanostructured compounds: A³B⁵, A²B⁴C⁵₂, A³B⁵ : Mn and A²B⁴C⁵₂ : Mn were simulated by methods of molecular mechanics. The analysis of the nanosystem stability was discussed depending on a chemical constitution of compounds.
