Prosecuto's Supervision on Legality of the Suspects and the Accused Detention Facility and Imprisonment

The article is devoted to some problems of the public prosecutor's supervision on compliance with rules of criminal procedure at the detention of citizens suspected or accused of a crime and their custody in places of detention. Some attention is given to the most important aspects due course of law by petition for the preventive measure of pretrial detention.
