Freedom of Movement as a Social and Political Phenomenon

On the bases of the scientific, legislative and statistical material the author considers conditions and structure of people's migration in modern world and particularly in the Russian Federation, problems of realization of the free movement in Constitutional Law of the Russian Federation. Freedom of movement interpreted as a condition of normal human life and one of the most important subjective rights.
