Slavophiles as the Founders of Russian National Philosophy

The article examines the role of the main Slavophil ideologists (A.S. Khomyakov, I.V. Kireyevsky, K.S. Aksakov) in the creation of original Russian philosophy in the second quarter of the XIXth century. The features of national philosophy in Russia, as well as its most important problems first raised by Slavophiles are marked. The causes of self-Russian philosophizing in this period are analyzed.
