About Introduction E-learning in Educational Process of Medical Higher Educational Institutions

In the article it is spoken about the students as active users of digital mass-media in Russia and abroad, about the classification of students and teachers of the higher educational institutions concerning their usage of the new digital technologies, about their readiness in participation in the introduction of e-learning.
