Conformity of the Bachelor's Degree Educational Standard in Technical University with Employers Requirements

The author researches the proposed project of educational standard to satisfy competence requirements of employers to the graduate's educational level. Monitoring revealed the main competence features necessary for graduates to be placed in a job. The analysis showed the necessity to bring to conformity state educational standard with requirements of employers.
