In the given article the author researches definitions "educational environment" and "educational space" and their correlation. The author has defined space-educational possibilities in organization of education process. Educational space is considered as a field of active interaction among three components: student, educator and environment between them. Educational environment is being viewed as constellation of information resources of educational institution, educational technologies and academic process provision which assures complete cycle of academic activity.
