About the Introduction of Jury Trial in Western Siberia according to Reform of 1864

The article is dedicated to the peculiarities of the introduction of the jury trial according to Statute of 1864 in Western Siberia including the territories of Tomsk and Tobolsk provinces. It should be noted that Barnaul okrug court that operated in Kuznetsk, Biysk, Zmeinogorsk and Barnaul uyezds of Tomsk province examined criminal cases by the jury in the period from 1910 till 1917.
