Improvement of Methodological Approaches to Assessing the Effectiveness of Development Projects in Industrial Production

The article deals with the necessity to achieve competitive advantages of industrial enterprises and to improve mechanism of the process management by means of working out business plans. Major methodological problems of project on efficiency evaluation are pointed out on the basis of methodological government recommendations.

Key words: competitive advantages, business planning, project efficiency, net discounted profit, investment, break-even point, overhead expenses, fixed costs, variable costs, industrial enterprise.
