The Principal Factors of Sustainable Rural Development

The article dedicates to the evaluation of external and internal factors that influence on sustainable rural development. Much attention is given to the personnel. On the basis of sociological interrogation of local government authorities, we reveal the main problems that impede sustainable rural development in the Altai Territory.
