The Strategy of Business Development - the Way to Create Competitive Alternatives

The conception of steady competitive advantages (SCA) as the guarantee of successful strategies is considered in the article. At the present time, in the epoch of innovation and information the management of knowledge has become an integral part of strategic management problems.
