Structural transformations nearby symmetry tilt grain boundaries <111> and <100> in Ni₃Al in conditions of pressure-tension deformation are studied by the method of molecular dynamics. It is shown that inter-grain shift can take place at the expense of the splitting of grain boundary dislocations at a plastic deformation. For all that anti-phase boundary is formed during emission from boundary of a partial dislocation in the grain.
