The Experimental System for Researching Plasma Processes in HF Capacity Discharge of CO₂-laser

The paper considers the schematic structure of an HF-generator discharge in CO₂-laser cell. A practical analysis of the system design has been carried out. The basic characteristic of the device are defined. The conclusions about the ability to use the given schematic system have been drawn.
