The Influence of Longitudinal Waves on Complexes of Point Defects in FCC Crystal

The influence of cooperative atomic displacements representing a longitudinal wave formed at low-power influences on process of structural relaxation of FCC crystal with point defects was studied by the method of molecular dynamics.
