Software Complex for the Diagnostics and Support of Creativity and Innovation Activity

The authors describe a software product developed to assess individual creative styles for effective team-building in the field of innovation project implementation, to analyze an organizational climate for creativity and innovation, to identify and remove organizational and psychological barriers for creative and innovation activity in the firm.
