The annihilation process of the chains of vacancies and interstitial atoms in two-dimensional lattices of ordered alloys Ni₃Al, Cu₃Au, Ni₃Fe of L1₂ superstructure with orientation corresponding to plane {111} of FCC lattice was studied by the method of molecular dynamics. It was shown that 3 sets of different complexes of chains behaved differently in the process proceeding to their annihilation. Non-diffusion shift of the crystal block was found in the dependence on the distance between them, temperature and time at the final stage beginning from interstitial atoms towards vacancies.
