The Cause of Successful Realization of Alexander II's Reforms

Alexander II's government has caused enormous influence on the subsequent development of Russia which would be impossible without the abolishment of serfdom and democratic reforms in the country. In this connection the question of Alexander II's successful reform realization represent the interest.
