Effects and Paradoxes of Economic Mechanism of Railway Building in Western Siberia in 1965-1991

The article is devoted to contradictions of the economic reforms 1965-1991 on the railway building. Features, effects and paradoxes of economic mechanism transformations in transport building were come to light. The material is offered in a historical context. Historical costs of system are illustrated in the light of concrete branch of industry.
