In spite of directive efforts to change agrarian image of the USSR the development of agriculture in 1970s was negative. The amount of investments into Tatarstan's agriculture increased and directions of its financial and technical base were broadened. Despite of growth of industrial funds, capital-output ratio and capital-labour ratio its figures were decreasing. Intensification of agriculture was realized slowly. The results of agriculture weren't adequate to the invested financial and technical means.
