The US dollar as a world reserve currency is revised by some participants of the international financial system under the conditions of a global economic crisis of 2008-2009. Although in the creation of American monetary policy take part many authors, such as: Administration of the President, the Congressional Budget Office, and the Federal Reserve System Board, a role of the Treasury must be analyzed especially. Internationalization of this role after the World War II is more than ever substantial in the moments of crisis when the Treasury develops and carries out measures of anti-crisis management.
