The following article is devoted to the problem of functioning of regional departments of political parties in the Altai Territory in the post electoral period. Basing on classification and informational analysis concerning actions and arrangements conducted by the parties, the author proves the thesis that the Russian party system preserved the cyclic character in its activity, when parties demonstrate noticeable growing of initiatives before the elections and decrease of initiatives after the electoral period.

Besides, the article contains components of database concerning activity of political parties in the Altai Territory in the mentioned period of time.
