The given work represents attempt to systematize material on problems of velvet antlers use in national medical practice by people settling in the Sajano-Altai region. The basic attention has been paid to revealing conservation and use formula, and also to the ways to apply blood in traditional folk culture. The analysis has shown simplicity of medicine formula of the remedies prepared from velvet antlers and blood using by the Sajano-Altai people, and also their popularity in east medicine.
