Using record-keeping documents drew up at different times the author explores the process of development of the Siberian Bukharians inherited land tenure since the moment of this ethnical nobility group appearance. The article analyzes a previously unknown source - Dozornaya Kniga (the Survey Book) of the Tara District Bukharians (1701), and compares its descriptions with some documents dated from the middle of the XIXth century. The development of the Siberian Bukharians land tenure elite and its relations with trade and clerical elites are considered due to genealogical definitions.
