On a Modern History of the European Union and Russia Police Cooperation

The author results a brief history of development of police cooperation between European countries from the middle of 1970s. Не gives the positive and problematic sides of such cooperation. Author analyzes the first stage of cooperation between law enforcement bodies of Russia and states-members of EU, which dates back to the end of 90s of the last century.
