In the article odontological analysis of cranial samples (n=94) from Andronovo archaeological culture in Altai in the Middle Bronze Age is introduced. The research program included 33 discrete-variable traits of various taxonomic level.

Correspondence analysis was used for investigating intersample variability - analysis of the main components for high grade traits, and Smith#s mean measure of divergence distance was used for calculating biological distances between groups. As a result it was discovered that odontological type of population from Andronovo archaeological culture was descended from southern Europe.
