G.A. Kolpakovsky - Organizer of Peasant Migration in Turkistan (60-80s of 19th Century)

The article is devoted to the investigation of G.A. Kolpakovsky`s legislative and administrative activity in organization of peasant migration to the Semirechie region. The author of the article considers problems, emerged in the process of peasant migration and analyses methods their decision by Semirechie military governor G.A. Kolpakovsky.
