This article is devoted to investigating a rehabilitation of political repression victims in Kuzbass through all its stages beginning from 1938 till nowadays. Using documental materials from Siberian archives belonging to security services the author describes the way of rehabilitation, function of security service and other government bodies in this process in order to restore the historical justice and violated rights of political terror victims in Russia as well as to avoid illegal acquittal of those people who really committed crimes such as participation in fascist occupation troops, espionage, diversions.
