Educational Process in Higher School in Tomsk in the Second Half of 1990th - the Beginning of 2000th

The author considers the problem of restoration non-educational activity in higher school from the middle of 1990th. Differential system of values and the student's deviant behavior influenced this process. However the restored non-educational activity proved to be uncertain in the new social strategies of the students.
