The Regional and District Press in Kursk Region at the Beginning of the Great Patriotic War (1941-1942)

In the present article author considers principal trends in the work of regional and district press in Kursk Region at the beginning of the Great Patriotic War. The main stages of reconstructing press to the war sight were showed. Author analyzed the changes in a substance of press in Kursk Region caused by war beginning. The significance of propaganda and agitation function of the press at the beginning of the Great Patriotic War was uncovered
